Another successful AIMS interactive day was recently held in Moranbah, with over fifty delegates and nine technology booths which made for an informative and successful event at the Central Queensland venue on 19th October 2022.
AIMS members now have access to videos of most of the presentations from the AIMS 2022 National Conference held earlier this year in the Gold Coast.
AUSPOS data submissions will soon be directed to contact SCIMS through a new, user-friendly Customer Hub.
While we had our Executive and Directors attend the AIMS 2022 National Conference we took the opportunity to review our Business Plan for 2022 to 2024.
What a great conference we had at the Royal Pines on the Gold Coast. It was wonderful to see so many attendees and sponsors attend the event. If was very clear that everyone was excited to reconnect after our pause during the pandemic.
Long-term AIMS Member Chris Moy has been awarded the title of AIMS Fellow at the recent AIMS 2022 National Conference.
It was great to experience a face-to-face seminar once again at the AIMS Mudgee Seminar in 2022.

The 2021 AIMS AGM, held via a live zoom meeting on 16th November 2021, resulted in a few key changes to the AIMS Board and other key volunteers.
The AIMS membership policy has now been amended to accept retired affiliates.
Ken Cross, the SBQ Board Representative for AIMS, has initiated a new forum category in the AIMS Forum on this web site as a new member service.

The University of Southern Queensland Surveying and Spatial Science Student Conference on 22ⁿᵈ September 2021 presents a unique opportunity for potential employers of surveying graduates.
Maptek held a free online conference on May 19 2021 with 40 sessions across APAC and other global time zones.
After a year off from COVID, AIMS returned to Moranbah in May 2021 with our biggest attendance ever!
