While we had our Executive and Directors attend the AIMS 2022 National Conference we took the opportunity to review our Business Plan for 2022 to 2024.
This was an opportunity to review our current business plan, and discuss the business direction and objectives of AIMS for the forthcoming years to ensure we are sustainable, delivering value to our members and maintain our presence as the leading professional mine surveying body across Australia.
One of our objectives for the workshop was to review and update the roles and accountabilities of the AIMS Executive and Directors to give a clear direction what our roles are.
Once we have finalized all the details and information from the workshop we will share our Business Objectives and Strategy with our members.
