The Call for Papers for the AIMS National Conference 2026 has an extended deadline .
All presenters with confirmed and accepted papers at the AIMS National Conference 2026 are eligible for registration benefits.
AIMS members and non-members who attend the full conference and register at the standard rate will receive a
40% discount on full conference registration.
Presenters attending solely to deliver their paper and depart (and not participate in the full conference) may do so
complimentary of charge.
Sponsors presenting papers are required to register at the full standard conference rate to obtain the 40% discount
and are not eligible for discounted sponsorship rates.
Paper submissions must be sent to Joel Wooby prior to Friday 1 May 2026
