What another great year it was for the AIMS Mount Isa Field Day!
As the most uniquely positioned seminar in the country, we had plenty to offer, with new sponsors showcasing industry-leading technology. It was fantastic to see some integration between suppliers as well.
We had a great mix of underground and surface demonstrations, with a software company joining the group this year. Highlights included UAVs flying underground, mobile standalone drone trailers, monitoring sensors, underground laser scanners, and more.
This year also saw a record number of attendees at the evening drinks and pizza underground. What a unique atmosphere that was!
A big thank you goes out to our suppliers and the ‘Outback at Isa’ staff, without whom this field day would not be possible. Your efforts did not go unnoticed.
