Maptek Sentry has played a critical role in safely reopening a commercial highway in Canada after a landslide. Mining contractors Thiess also use Maptek long-range laser scanning systems and PointStudio for open pit surveys in Indonesia.

Software releases for the first half of 2025 include enhanced design, drill and blast, and scheduling functionality. GeologyCore 2025 offers a more extensive range of modelling techniques, with machine learning DomainMCF available as an add-on.
