AGMs and National Conferences

The 2026 AIMS National Conference was held on 9 to 11 September 2026 at the Hilton Sydney NSW. 

The AIMS 2026 Annual General Meeting was held on Thurs 10th September 2026 at 4:30 pm at the same location.

The 2025 AIMS National Conference was held on 17 to 19 September 2025 at the Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort QLD. 

The AIMS 2025 Annual General Meeting was held on Thur 18th September 2025 at 4:30 pm at the same location.

The 2024 AIMS National Conference was held from 19 to 21 AUGUST 2024 at CROWN PERTH WA.

The AIMS 2024 Annual General Meeting was held on Tue 20th August 2024 at 4:40pm at the same location.

The 2023 AIMS National Conference was held at the Hyatt Regency Sydney from Wed 13 September to Fri 15 September.

The AIMS 2023 Annual General Meeting was held on the Thursday, 14th September 2023 at the same location.

The Australian Institute of Mine Surveyors 2022 Annual General Meeting (2022 AIMS AGM) was held on Friday, 18^th November 2022.

The AIMS - Australian Institute of Mine Surveyors National Conference was held on 25, 26 and 27 MAY 2022 at the RACV Royal Pines Resort Gold Coast, Queensland.

Due to the ongoing pandemic situation in Australia causing the cancellation of the 2021 AIMS National Conference, the 2021 AGM was conducted as a live online Zoom meeting on 16th November 2021 at 6pm AEDT.

Due to the ongoing pandemic situation in Australia causing the cancellation of the 2020 AIMS National Conference, the 2020 AGM was conducted as a live online Zoom meeting on 19th November 2020 at 6pm AEDT.

The 2019 conference was held at the Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park on Wed 14th August to Fri 16 August.

The 2018 AIMS Conference was held at the Ville Resort & Casino overlooking Magnetic Island in Townsville, Queensland on 12th-14th September 2018.
