suitable to be displayed on our calendar.

in the right column is for verification purposes only and will not
be displayed.
IMPORTANT: If there are
associated documents or files, eg pdf file registration form, image
files etc these must be separately
emailed to the
site coordinator. For security reasons files cannot be uploaded
as part of this form.
