Sponsorship of this site is available to companies, individuals, groups and associations.

Sponsorship not only supports our web site but also provides companies with an affordable advertising vehicle through continuous exposure to a targeted audience of mining surveyors and associated mining professionals.

BASIC PACKAGE
Sponsors receive continuous exposure for 6 months, including;

A prominent listing on our Sponsor Links page with a large advertising banner (468 x 60 pixels), hyperlinking to a full page on our web site with up to 50 words of general information/advertising text/email address contact , as well as a link to your own company's web site,
The same banner (468 x 60 pixels) will also be randomly loaded on the footer of each website page (excluding welcome page) linking to your full page on our web site. (Random banner loaded every time page is refreshed or revisited.)
Appearance on the Site Sponsors listing on the welcome page, linking to your full page on our web site.

STANDARD PACKAGE
Sponsors receive continuous exposure for 12 months, including;

A prominent listing on our Sponsor Links page with a large advertising banner (468 x 60 pixels), hyperlinking to a full page on our web site with up to 50 words of general information/advertising text/email address contact , as well as a link to your own company's web site,
The same banner (468 x 60 pixels) will also be randomly loaded on the footer of each website page (excluding welcome page) linking to your full page on our web site. (Random banner loaded every time page is refreshed or revisited.)
Appearance on the Site Sponsors listing on the welcome page, linking to your full page on our web site.
An invitation to submit regular advertorials, news items or company/product updates to be displayed on the site, subject to approval, in the news section of the site (maximum of one item per month, and each item max 100 words). Unrestricted access to all areas of the AIMS web site via a username and password.

PREMIUM PACKAGE
Sponsors receive continuous exposure for 12 months, including;

A prominent listing on our Sponsor Links page with a large advertising banner (468 x 60 pixels), hyperlinking to a full page on our web site with up to 50 words of general information/advertising text/email address contact , as well as a link to your own company's web site,

Additional placement of the same banner randomly on the Welcome page of the site as a "Featured Sponsor" (shared with other Premium sponsors), guaranteeing your company maximum exposure and member awareness!

An invitation to submit regular advertorials, news items or company/product updates to be displayed on the site, subject to approval, in the news section of the site (maximum of one item per month, and each item max 100 words).

BANNER REQUIREMENTS
Your banner advertisement may be animated or static to the maximum dimensions of 468 x 60 pixels.

Normally, banners can be sourced or created from your existing web site for your advertisement and we can do this for you at no charge. If necessary, you can email your company logo (preferred format is jpg or gif) or send a clear letterhead/business card for us to create a logo banner for you.

However, if you need a more complex banner advertisement created please contact us with your requirements and our webmaster will provide a quote.

HOW TO BECOME A SITE SPONSOR
There are two easy methods to become a sponsor:

Fill out the Sponsorship Form and submit it on-line, or

Email our current web site coordinator who will then finalise details

Your application for sponsorship will be checked by our web site coordinator and you will receive an invoice from AIMS emailed to your nominated email address.

Following receipt of your sponsorship payment, steps will then be taken to set up your advertising banners etc. without delay.

We reserve the right to vary sponsorship fees, benefits or any other details at any time without notice.

We request that potential sponsors outside Australia email us first to confirm pricing and payment details prior to submission.
