Congratulations to Dr. Andrew Jarosz for Curtin University's WA School of Mines who was recently elected Vice President of the International Society for Mine Surveying (ISM). Associate Professor Jarosz has been Australia's representative to ISM for several years, raising Australian mine surveying issues on the world stage.

With over thirty years of experience in industry & academia and with teaching and research experience in areas of Mine Design and Optimisation, Mine Feasibility Project, Mine Surveying, GIS and Engineering Computing, Dr. Jarosz is well qualified to take on this important role.
