Review of the NSW Surveying Act 2002
The NSW Department of Lands
initiated a review of the Surveying Act 2002 in early 2008 as required under
section 40 of the Act. A report prepared by consultant Frank Blanchfield is
now available to be downloaded and includes issues identified by AIMS in
it's submission. The NSW Government is currently considering the
recommendations of the report and the final outcomes of the statutory review
of the Act are yet to be made.
